Logistics Workflow
STEP 1

- Your customer will provide you the forecast/schedule releases.
- CSR will also need this schedule releases for daily deliveries.
STEP 2
- You will begin delivering your shipment to CSR’s China office at the Shanghai port. We will quote FOB China.
STEP 3

- CSR will handle ocean cargo booking, custom clearance, and inbound trucking to the specified warehouse.
- CSR will pay duty (including the additional 10% duty).
STEP 4
- CSR will help maintain your inventory at our warehouse. Cargo and warehouse insurance provided.
- Safety stock is highly suggested (4 weeks) due to occasional delays of ocean freight.
STEP 5
- CSR will follow the release schedule. We will create the packing list and deliver the pallets.
STEP 6
- CSR system will generate the invoice and email to the customer’s AR and supplier’s AP. Piece price is provided by supplier.
- CSR will provide a weekly inventory report to supplier
